Please be aware that Villa Farm and Saxford Barn are two different locations.

Villa Farm

Located approximately 10-15 minute’s drive from York Railway Station. Easily accessible by car. Villa Farm can be reached by bus, however the service is limited. The number 40 Reliance bus will stop at the gates of Villa Farm upon request.

IMPORTANT

Please take caution should you Google the address – we are “Villa Farm, Wigginton Road”, NOT “Villa Farm, Wilberfoss”. Please ensure you enter the correct postcode YO32 2RH for directions to Villa Farm.

Saxford Barn

Located approximately 15 minutes drive from York Railway Station. Easily accessible by car. From Mill Lane which merges with The Village please look out for the Black Horse Pub. Saxford Way is accessed by driving down the street immediately beside the pub. Saxford Barn can be reached by First number 1 bus from York Station. Please note that Saxford Barn is not located at Villa Farm.
