We enjoyed our stay again at Villa Farm. Coney Cottage is just right, all on one level, cosy space with great heating, easy parking and super access to York. We will be back.

I cannot say enough good about this cottage. From the first day of booking until we left, the communication from the company was excellent. On arrival, the cottage was spotlessly clean with many little extras that made the stay so enjoyable- milk, toilet rolls, soap, washing up liquid, tea towels etc. The hot tub was amazing with a steady lovely warm/hot temperature. Excellent location for York Christmas market and sight-seeing Definitely 11 out of 10!

Dante Cottage is a beautiful property. It was extremely comfortable, clean and updated. Fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Staff is very friendly, quick to respond and accommodating. I was quite happy to stay at Villa Farm in a beautiful setting and cottage versus a stale hotel room!

Melrose cottage was a lovely size for 2 people. It was very very clean and very comfortable. It had everything there that you needed and we are definitely going to stay here again. Villa Farm is a fabulous complex, well-equipped with plenty of car parking spaces. The staff at Villa Farm were very nice and very helpful. It is definitely a 5 star location, we loved it.

Thanks for having us back at Blossom Cottage. Perfectly clean, cosy and welcoming as always. We love the access to York for shopping and walking the walls, soaking up the atmosphere of the old town. We will be back!

We stayed in Melrose cottage which was lovely, it was comfortable, had plenty of space for the dog and had everything we needed for our stay. The cottages are easy to find with good parking and only a short distance from the centre of York.
