Absolutely beautiful place to stay, communication was brilliant, I received several email updates with balances and receipts and extra information which was helpful. Staff very polite and helpful on the phone. Blossom cottage was gorgeous and very clean upon arrival. Lovely space to sit outside and comfortable beds. Easy check in and out and honestly just an amazing weekend. Couldn’t fault anything and would 100% recommend.

What a top stay at this brilliant venue! Villa Farm is close to town and also the countryside. This site is brilliant and so are the staff. I could spend the rest of my life getting Corrina and all the team to look after me. Simply brilliant! Thanks to you all.

The accommodation was perfect for a hen weekend. Spacious inside for activities and the hot tub was enjoyed by everyone too. Close to York City Centre!

This was my second stay at Villa Farm and the first time at Roman Cottage. It lived up to all my expectations and everyone in our party agreed that it was an excellent venue for a weekend away. Plenty of accommodation, well equipped, spotlessly clean and lovely location. We are already planning a return visit next year.

The photos do not do this place justice! Really big spacious clean house fully equipped with everything you need to have a great weekend gathering. Kitchen is huge with 2 big fridges. Great location with loads of outside space overlooking the lake. Comfy beds – we all slept really well. The hot tub is a fab feature and got lots of use. Easy 10 minute taxi ride into York centre. Would love to return!

My fourth stay at Villa Farm in different cottages and enjoyed every second of them. Couldn’t recommend more.

Everything we wanted and more! The Customer Service I received all the way up to our arrival was faultless and the website really doesn’t do the property justice. We had an amazing weekend and had everything we could need or want. Many of our large group have said they would love to stay again and would be recommending the property to friends and family.
