Saxford Barn is situated half a mile from Villa Farm in the popular village of Wigginton, approximately 4 miles north of York. The property sleeps up to a maximum of ten people in a mix of double, twin and single rooms and there is ample parking in the courtyard for five cars, making this the ideal venue for a family reunion or friends get together. The converted barn has excellent modern self catering facilities and is ideal for large groups. Wiggington has a friendly village pub, just a minutes walk away and the village shops are a five minute walk away.
The barn is ideally located for guests to pop into York and spend an exciting time exploring all that the city has to offer. Explore the city's history by visiting the Yorkshire Museum, York Dungeon, Clifford's Tower or York Minster. Take a fascinating ghost walk through the city and hear the eerie tales of murder and mystery throughout the past. Or simply have a drink before heading out to enjoy the vibrant city nightlife.

Saxford Barn comprises of an entrance hall, ground floor cloak room, large lounge with colour TV, DVD player and CD player; luxury fitted kitchen with full size fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven and hob and dishwasher along with all crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils etc. Dining table and chairs at one end of the kitchen with French doors to the courtyard. The first floor has four bedrooms, one double with en-suite shower room containing shower cubicle, basin and W/C, two twin bedrooms share the house bathroom which has bath with over head shower, basin and W/C. The double master bedroom has en-suite luxury bathroom, containing bath with overhead shower, his and hers basins and W C. There are two single sofa beds in the lounge area.
All bed linen and towels are provided. Cots and high chairs are available upon request free of charge. Flexible arrival days.
